I'm huge NBA fan, but even I admit until the playoffs, its hard to watch the full game. Usually the game doesn't really begin until the 4th quarter. But if you are with group of friends or doing other stuff (such as browsing the internet) its perfect. You can casually watch until it hits the 4th quarter.

Betting wise, its the best sport to watch (I hate college sports). Even if your team is losing, you are never out of it. Its a game of runs and that emotional roallcoaster makes it exciting.

Most of you must have had your clocked clean in the NBA. I agree only some of us can cap the NBA. I watch 20-30 % of every game played every night. I don't understand why someone would think that a sport like the NFL which the majority of their games are played at the same time on one day of the week is a better sport. How many games can you really play? I play 3 NFL games a week. Probably 20 NBA games a week. It lets you pick off winners with ease. This attitude in the thread is due to this pussified world of Fantasy Football. There are so man people watching football for fantasy stats. I would like to get the ovens going again for these sheep!!!

I've always said that all you need to watch is the last 5 minutes or so of an NBA game.

As far as college basketball goes, does anyone except bettors or the fans of the teams watch? It seems that for the most part people don't start watching until after the SB.

The NCAA tournament in my opinion has made the regular season not really worth watching.

Again burtrapp, this thread was what sport would you watch, NOT BET. I would rather watch and NFL game anyday over an NBA game.

Texasfan I understand. I'm just trying to rationalize the fact that in the NFL there is no identity. The helmets and the game doesn't allow for individuality. I really feel that some of the NBA players could easily play WR in the NFL. The athleticism really gets me tuned in to the NBA. I guess everone has their opinion.

Ok, got it. Just wondering, are you under 30 burtrapp? It seems to me that the NBA appeals to the younger crowd.

yes. 26. But I'm not this NBA fan that thinks LeBron is the best player of all time. I understand the game and love it's history and do think the game is just as good as it once was. I also live in Chicago and witnessed what I feel is the greatest Dynasty in the NBA since Russell's Celtics.

I do love all those sports, though. I would pick baseball if I could only have one since they play pretty much everyday.

NFL, NBA, MLB. The big three.

Tough call between F1 and Golf as a #4. Love watching the Majors if tiger is playing. Enjoy watching delicate cars whip around a road coarse at 200 mph.

I dont mind watching an NBA game in it's entirety. Like burtrapp pointed out, these are the most gifted athletes in sport.
