If you had to pick one sports players rookie card (in mint condition) to leave to your grandkids in 50 years- who would you select? (no honus wagner 2.8 million crap, real-life cards you could buy, say $20k or less)

Id have to say 1986 Michael Jordan Fleer #57 graded gem mint 10 or whatever its called.

Although I do have some great rookie cards. The favorite that I own is probably my 93 bowman Mariano Rivera autographed card. Its not the rookie(92)but it is special to me because I had it autographed personally by him when he was playing for the Greensboro Hornets back in 93.

I would guess $4-5000+ on those Aarons. Very nice.

That's pretty cool. :103631605

I remember my dad giving me One of them when I was like 6 or 7.
He told me NOT to put it in my Bike spokes....LOL
( That was the thing to do back in the 60's )...Man, I must of screwed up plenty of Baseball cards Back than. :ohno:

Then I found one at a Card Fair in 1979, and thought it would be nice to have 2 of them.

9's are very hard to find. The market is soft, but not for those. I have one I bought at the 1983 National in Chicago for $40 and had him sign it. Also have the Banks from that set, need Kaline.

Any Mantle 9, you can name your price.
