Guys,
Just got off of The Sports Monitor (which by the way, other than Sports Watch is an honest service , hands down) and if we were to track these demons then we're better off following the best. It irks the crap out of me when these bozos (touts) give out their plays without an updated (or any, for that matter) YTD. Here is the list of Sports Monitors Top 10. The following list is YTD College Hoops.
Z Play 77.2 % 17-5
Trushel Sports 76.4 % 13-4
The Sportsmen Direct 73.6 % 14-5
Hardball Technology 70.8 % 17-7
Matty B Sports 70.5 % 24-10
Perry's Premeir 69.5 % 16-7
Special K 69.2 % 9-4
O.C. Dooley 68.5 % 11-5
Gary Costley 68.4 % 39-18
Boston Bob 68.4 % 13-6
My point is this, if there has been 40 plays for Trushel up on this forum, then more so than not they're probably bogus.Just trying to come up with a better solution to get us the W's. Also, if ANYONE (and I have yet to see it) gets the grips on this service Hardball Technology we have got to jump on this. I believe that this guy is either 1st or 2nd in NBA as well. I did however notice that the Bowl records are posted on Sports Monitor as well. I believe Dooley is 1st or tied for 1st with 3-0. Another thing keep an eye on Wayne Root , this guy (although off the wall at times) is basically decent on bowls and pretty good down the stretch on college hoop.
I noticed that someone posted something on how Larry Ness was crapping the bed as of late. Let me let you in on a little secret. Ness, Feist (and the rest of their "stable" basically don't really do their own handicapping anymore. These bums have gotten themselves in to the marketing business DEEP , if anything. So long term (and that's all that counts) positive progress from them is nil.
I am an extremely old f**k and have been around for a LONG time.
Most of you probably remember, if not, heard of Jimmy the Greek,
right? Well, he won back in the day (60's&70's) he was a vegas oddsmaker (and not very good i.e. Jets w/Namath 18 point dogs) he
made his name and rode it. But was actually never that good as a handicapper, actually to put it honestly, he sucked. My point is that just because they have, or in this case had the name, the results
don't follow it. Thanks guys.
