Might be right but both penn st and wi would have a possibility. Wi only losses are at mi by 7 and at home by 7 in ot against tosu. Mi has not won a rd game this yr. lost at ia also. The Bama line already tells you they're going to win. I wouldn't be surprised if they cover that.

Razor, the committee just told us what the title of this thread states. The only way that the winner of Wisconsin/ penn st gets in is if both Clemson and Washington loses.
