Managing these contests has been very hectic. We are kind of looking forward to a little break. If something interesting comes along, we will entertain something. Shrink, at least it appears you have a shot tonight. Would take no pleasure in seeing a good man getting completely run over.

I'm staying with Detroit tonight. The Pistons should treat this as game seven. No way do they want to go back to L.A. They've outplayed the Lakers every step of the way except for a three minute lapse at the end of game two. I saw that game as more Pistons losing it than L.A. winning it.

I've been confident betting Detroit in this series, but not quite as much tonight. Pistons have a comfort zone. They may unconsciously step down a notch. If Lakers have any pride at all they'll come with a giant effort. Even that may not cut it. Then there's the ABC/NBA conspiracy thing. Not putting too much creed in that though stranger things have happened. This is the NBA. Best of luck.
