All the watchdog sites have a financial interest in the books either through advertising, sheets or ownership. Rumors are around that an owner of the RX is also an owner of Rio.
I personally don't have a problem with this. The problem I have is that recently any negative talk of Rio has been censored.
A couple of reputable posters have claimed that Rio owed a person $800,000. This was just payed off after 18 months. An agent is claimed to be owed 280k. All I want to know is if this is true or not.
I really like Rio as a book. The free 1/2 point is of huge value. The question is why does the RX censor so much about Rio when they let IB bash Royal to the point that a court stepped in to stop IB. There's obviously something to the Rio/RX connection.
Can someone from the RX explain if there is a connection or not? I'm not looking to pick on Rio, I would just like to make sure I know about the financial security of a book before placing my money with them.
