Was never a fan of Rivers ... think he's a Cry baby most times... But his Stats are there... and the Chargers are Not. ( at least as a Whole )

maybe if he was the QB on another team, he would have a better record than 2-5

The Chargers are horribly ran, have zero REAL fan base. Rivers would be better than considered on another team. Watch a Chargers game; most are concearned about working on their tan more than anything else. Some are actually laying out. There is a reason Eli said no to them. Archie has contacts.

Pretty sure he would be better than 2-5 if he was starting for the Broncos, yes.

i think with rivers' experience he would have done really well in arizona or dallas (last year's team)
like even houston this year is awful and i think he could make them much better.

STATS thats about all he has… Look at last 2 weeks ago or even this week sure his stats were there but he lost both games and this week most of his awesome STATS came in the 4th qtr when all was lost. He is a fantasy football HOF QB thats about it

Rivers proving his contract. This happens almost every year with this team. They used to blame norv turner...now what? They still will finish 8-8 if not better. Look at the rest of their schedule. Some of their first teamers suck, brandon flowers is awful. But, they always lose in October and win in November/december.

Who remembers the worst blunder ever. Rivers trying to take a knee to kick the gw field goal on mnf @ kansas city on halloween. And he drops the snap on a play where they were going to knee it and kick a 30 yard fg for the win. That's just not real.

On any team with a defense that could stop the run, yes.

That's why they will be playing in LA, along with the Rams, in a few seasons. Done deal.

Rivers/Romo are on the same level. But to add Cutler in there..... how? he is a bottom tier quarterback.

Nah, Rivers is garbage

are you retarded? No one has better footwork and pocket IQ besides maybe Rodgers and Peyton. But you probably judge a qb by touchdown passes to interception ratio or some stupid shit.

Umm what team? Kinda important who the other 52 guys are.

In general, Rivers is pretty good though. Team has had a lot of OL issues this year. SD used to be a perennial contender earlier in his career, so of course he is solid on the right team.

he is leading the league in passing yards and beating the next guy by 400 yards. 3rd in the league in touchdowns at about the halfway point. He clearly has done his job. Manti Teo is your starting linebacker, that's the GM's fault right there. Brandon Flowers might be the worst #1 corner in the NFL.
