New England needs either the Jets to defeat Miami for them to win the AFC East or Jacksonville to to defeat Baltimore (if Miami Wins) to win a Wild Card spot. If both Miami and Baltimore win the Patriots will miss the playoffs despite an 11-5 record on the season.
The other huge late game is Denver at San Diego where the winner wins the NFC West with a record of 8-8 and the loser goes home for the season. The Dallas vs Philadelphia games also has playoff implications.

The Jets cannot win the division no matter what they do today. If the Jets win against Miami today New England wins the Division with a record of 11-5 to Miami and New York both finishing at 10-6. If Miami wins they win the division by winning a tiebreaker over New England (better record in AFC) even though they both finish 11-5..
