In order for the Pistons to have a chance in any tough series, the other team must at least pay attention to Wallace on the offensive end. Otherwise, the other teams can double-team Hamilton or Billups or whoever else happens to get hot.
Ben MUST get involved once in a while just to keep the other team honest. That is one thing Rick Carlisle didn't understand when he coached the Pistons the last two years.
Brown encouraged Wallace to at least work on his offense and (believe it or not) he is twice as good offensively as he has been the past two years (albeit still a horrible shooter).
That being said, I think Memo Ohkur must play more (and hit some outside shots) against the Lakers to draw Shaq outside and keep the middle open for Billups and Hamilton driving to the bucket.

The answer to Wallace not hitting shots may be to make sure Rasheed is. If Rasheed isn't taking and making a few then the Laker D will be guarding the basket. He has to bring Malone out so Ben can work Shaq over.
