If there really is such a bill that has passed Congress and is awaiting Presidential signature, I also cannot wait for Obama to sign it.

With increased education (to avoid unwanted pregnancies in the first place), increases in medical knowledge (to avoid the need to terminate in interest of pregnant female's health) etc we can expect this very low number to shrink even further.

All in all, it's a non-issue with regard to Presidential preferences for at least 99% of the US voting population.

Now, I'm not sure how someone can be so callous with respect to killing babies that can survive on their own, but I've learned not to be surprised by much.

Riddle me this bardude, how can one say in a debate that he opposes late term abortions while wanting to sign the above legislation? How can one be opposed to late term abortions when one actually supports and condones infanticide in the case of botched abortions?
