Most books have proxy owners on paper in the CR government archives who are not US citizens. Prooving that you actually owed a sportsbook by the DJ is not easy unless you don't try to hide the fact. Esssentially owners are no different than employees (US). Taxes are another matter and can be taken care of with a good tax attorney in the US. To answer your question in a word NO.
