I probably call a timeout, but with a cooler head I think if you call a timeout there, two things happen. First, you concede to your defense that you dont think you can stop the offense. Second, you give the other team exactly what they were expecting, for you to burn your TO and let them talk it over. By not giving them that, you've taken that comfort away. Now, with only 1 timeout, down 4 and the clock ticking they are pressured to run a play called at the line, when they really wanted/expected to huddle up.
