If a book boots you for winning, is it unethical to come back under an alias?

If only the books I beat could see some of the one`s I have lost too lol, my recent hot streak has put me on the sideline at a fairly well known book I had no idea they booted players...a book I really like because there is NEVER a problem at, but I am now no longer welcome to wager there...

The book I am referring to is one that you don`t see advertising on the forums but is fairly well known.

For the most part that is true...

I don`t even ask for a bonus EVER...I use to get my customary start of season bonuses, but over the past two years I have not bothered to even ask...even when I am entitled to them

I admit back in the early days of sportsbooks, I use to be a bonus whore, but in all honesty I didn`t know any better

...the banking system was a little different too, say 6-7 years ago you could deposit any name in your account and sign a check over to you...

...what makes me mad about the whole thing is I really like this book, possibly my favorite book....

As a general rule, I don't have a problem with somepone using aliases if you are a post up customer. It doens't make sense to me that I should have to give an offshore bookie my real name, number, money, while the bookie won't even give me his real name. But that aside, just understand, that in the unlikely event the book catches you, since they asked you to leave and not come back, i would think they would have the right to void all your bets

The business of a bookmaker is to accept bets. If they post up on their website words to the effect:

"Winning customers are not welcome at this book"

that is fair enough. If not - if as in the case of many they infer that ALL new customers are welcome - then they are fair game.

I am quite happy to put on my bets under my wife or friends' cards at books which have given me silly limits like $50. I see no ethical problem here whatsoever, since at all books which limit me I ask them for a $300 limit.

Some say fine $300 it is then. In these cases I do not open up any other accounts. Those who say "No it is $50 tough luck" I have no hesitation in signing up under someone else's name.

I say "You started the monkey business, so tough luck" to such books. So far none have accused my friends of being me in disguise.

I believe in property rights and that a business owner has the right to refuse anyone's business for any reason.

All the people that think it OK, be the first to cry when they get a fraud perpetrated on them.

Of course its unethical. This is a business, books are not here to baby sit anyone. If they kick you out, take your money and go elsewhere.... If you're looking for trouble, go back in with a different name but dont be surprised if they "dont like it" and dont bitch either when they "do something about it".

And exactly what type of so called "monkey business" did these books start? You funded an account with them, you won alot of money from them. They decide to cut your limits but will still allow you a free 50 dollar bill when the opportunity is there. What type of monkey business are you talking bout?
