stupid asking question: are the games simply not available in dish network or are they available but in a transponder that you can't get?
if your boss or someone can figure out how perhaps installing a slingbox in the US would work, hell I don't know, the g/f , the dad....if he is American he must have a way to setup a system in the basement of a house there along with an internet connection and a slingbox
now as to the quality......that is a different thing but I imagine something is better than nothing
now .......the shitheads of sky tv......were advertising just a couple of weeks ago interesting stuff like the NHL package but I won't believe them until I see a demo with a game, I take it they dont have the NFL?

I tell ya what, I have 3 cable boxes (1 not being used). You have your boss buy your a Slingbox, I set it up and you can have access to a whole 900 US channels if you want. I doubt he would sign off on it, but if he does.. my offer stands.

cable connects to slingbox, slingbox connects to the internet
then in CR you connect (over the internet ) to the slingbox......that esentially broadcasts through the internet whatever it is they are showing in cable
in other words
you watch the cable system in the US (whatever is plugged to the slingbox) .....through the internet
