After negotiiating for three days with the plaintiff 'Gameface' (who was represented by MLB Player Rep Donald Fehr as his attorney) :thumbsup:

And the Defendant -Identity (who's legal background enabled her to represent herself )


We could not reach any agreement, Gameface was backed by many poster's who testified in a closed court....Poor IDENTITY, All she kept referring to was her Identifier Plays and that she made a huge mistake thinking Kerry was our next President,and how she would have never made Gameface retire forever.... what was really annoying (even for her) she kept referring to herself in the third party...

This poster's return boils down to the ghosts of Christmas past and perhaps a sentimental Gameface who may let his guard down for Christmas

When the wager was accepted by the two of us Wilm agreed to enforce it. I take it if IDifier returned Wilm would enforce the wager. That was the agreement.

I found a little tool in the control panel yesterday where we can set a poster to be on the ignore list for everyone. Hehe.

One point I would like to make very clear is the issue of gender. It makes zero diffference to me whether poster Identity is a "broad" as someone put it. This is almost 2005 and for anyone to discriminate against anyone becasue of gender is flat out wrong.

The 2nd point is to Gamface, you made your point President Bush won, Identity and many other posters (including myself) were wrong, show some real class and put an end to this issue. Have some mercy, take the high road and let Identity post again. Demonstrate that you have a real sense of compassion towards other Americans especially more than some of the posters here do (no names mentioned).

Take the Peyton Manning kneel down play the other night, his team won the game and he knew it. Did he try to rub it in by setting a record when the game had become meaningless? No he showed a ton of class by ending the game and leaving the Ravens and the entire NFL with nothing but respect for himself.

Finally giving is always so much more satisfying than recieving. Give ID a break, we are talking about posting at a gambling forum nothing more.
