I agree General... I worry many will vote 'yes' just to be kool without thinking about their vote... I voted NO as although IDENTITY can be a pest, they do present value often & make me laugh aswell...

I voted "no." I despise Identity and sincerely wish it would find somewhere else to shit up than here, but unfortunately unless the moderators are going to enforce nazi-level censorship there is just no way to keep it and its ilk away.
However if the site would go to a paid membership model this problem would vanish overnight, since asshats like Identity wouldn't pay a subscription fee in a million years.

Personally, I don't care for his/her style. She/he may not care for mine. Not the issue here. This is a privately owned forum. I can't go into Sears and insult and berate the store managers and or customers, especially on a semi regular basis. They would have me kicked out in a New York minute. But the mods here, imo, go above and beyond the call of duty taking crap off a few posters. All that said, I definitely and unequivocally vote second chance for this person. Hopefully he/she will clean up his/her act a bit.
Btw, it was OF who swung my vote. Said I'd have to come to Vegas and fight him if I didn't agree with him. But he did say he'd pay all expenses for me and my corner team. He's generous to a fault. Ding!
