Been feeling fatigued past six months, do any of you take anything over the counter? Vitamins etc. A lot of info on the web but don't just wanna go out and buy whatever. And yes, I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning.

Thanks

No clue on pills but eating healthy and exercise is a great way to get more energy while getting in better shape. You might be a little bit sore at the start but if you get into a rhythm and keep at it you will have a ton more energy and that fatigue won't be a big deal.

That's assuming that the fatigue is not caused by some sort of medical condition.

Oh yeah I work out after work but everyone tells me do it first thing in the morning (5 a.m.) gives you more energy throughout the day. But have yet to make the transition.

I have way different sleep schedules than you but when I wake up around 10 or 11 and work out for an hour or two at around noon I feel so much better during the day and get a ton more accomplished.

Played basketball at my gym for 2 hours today and then went home and got all my work done and errands ran in like 4 hours. It really works.

If you are over 40, get an Rx for testosterone cream. Have your levels checked first though. You are likely low

Working out in the morning is the best thing I find. Gives you more energy the rest of the day and makes you feel better also. I like to run 8-10 km after I wake up, then do my daily workout plan and the rest of the day I feel great. Not sure how much time you have in the morning though because I realize not everyone can fit 2-3 hr of running/working out into their schedule in the morning.

I had the same thing happen and I couldn't focus on work, I was tired all of the time, I could have slept 12 hours a day, etc

Get your blood sugar checked. My problem was diabetes (hope it isn't yours) but once I got my blood sugar under control I felt great.

The part that makes me say this is you say it has been going on "for six months". Get checked out.
