Another forum I frequent (not gambling related) appears to use the same platform as the RX and they have that option in your settings. I have never checked to see if the RX offers that?

It is possible yeah, the VBulletin Platform would need to be tweaked a bit the first necessary step of which would be to accomplish the following via the method shown in the video:
