Iceman's MLB Over bets

I did really well late last year focusing on OVER bets in MLB... I'm going to be doing the same thing this year as well, but for the whole season. I will be doing mostly OVERS as I've been burned on so many unders before. I can't count how many times one gascan comes out of a pen and gives up run after run in an inning to screw an under. If I post an under, it will be for the first 5 inning only. I'm going to start off the season really small, only 0.5 a unit until at least May, then once I see pitchers have a few starts under their belts, I'll feel confident in betting more. By the time July comes around, I should have enough info to make 2 or 3 unit bets. All lines will be from Pinnacle Sports.

So here's to a great season, going to start off with tonight's game.

Philly/Atlanta over 8.5 (-102), 0.51 units to win 0.5 units

Not a good start to the season.. over looked great after the first two innings, but Lowe was just throwing filthy yesterday, Phills couldn't get a hit on him. Time to move on, one that I love today. I'm going to break my own rule and put a whole unit on this one:

Yankees Team Total over 4.5 (-131) risking 1.31 units to win 1 unit

Guthrie had a terrible ERA of 10.00 in spring training. The Yankees lineup should tee off on him today. O's bullpen is also shaky. I see the Yanks putting up 5 or 6 runs easily today.

just the opposite of you....ibet bases sporadically but would only bet an over...i wouldn't trust one bullpen out there....

Got the Yankees TT over 4.5 yesterday. On to today. Playing the Afternoon game:

Kansas City/Chicago over 8.5 (-110) (risking .55 units to win .5 units)

Wind looks to have really picked up and blowing out. That almost always makes the over a play for me. BOL

So I parlayed Fla. and St. Louis MLB on the 5 inn line.

Me too.. I went heavy on Manchester United -1 (couldn't find anything to parlay with the ML) I thought I had at least a push at the end... Couldn't believe the boneheaded play in defence by Man United at the end there... what a disaster.
