Are you kidding JJ? Art Monk was a has been? What part of 888 receptions, 65 TDs, 12,000 receiving yards makes him a has been? Part of three championship squads, even on the downside of his career he had over 100 yards receiving in his last Super Bowl winning team.

I am stunned he has been on the ballot four times and never made it. Still fifth on the all-time receiver list, this amazes me he is still waiting for that call.
