Theres a Secret Item, not on the Menu.....at IN_AND OUT BURGER....you can order it and they'll make it

just FYI, so that you're strapped with all knowledge, for that In & Out Experience...same as ya'd wanna be 'fore placing a bet

Guys here know what the Secret Item is....its more a manner of preparing some thing on their menu

Arby's has an Off-Menu thing too....The Meat Mountain Sandwich

Thats more Dramatic than In & Out's Off-Menu Secret Item, Meat Mountain = way more "Thunderstruck"

When you eventually get to N'awlinz next, and You Will...

if you liked Carnegie Deli get to Cafe Maspero

I could do better, on that picture but after this:

I have no way to outdo it.

Maspero's ROCKS though....Calamari is great as well....its in a part of The French Quarter one might not find unless they try. Lunch Time deal but maybe 1:50-2::30 or later and not Peak Lunch Rush cuz they might be crowded...Canal Street is very close by :(

Canal St is a "Zoo". Skyscrapers....River Ferry....Peak Lunch Hour may be not Best to hit up such a great Sandwich Shop so near to Canal Street.

The French & Spanish came to NOLA way long ago and built Churches. I got there way later and Cafe Maspero became one of my "Churches".

Worshiping at the Next-To of a Big Fat Fuckin' SANDWICH.

Did Carnegie Deli CLOSE?

seems like I heard some thing like that

hopefully just Fake News

why would such a legendary place ever close?

YELP Reviews are an Absolute DISASTER on Cafe Maspero though lmfao, Maybe they've Fallen Off?!? It has been a while since I've been to NOLA, unfortunately.

Glad to hear you're going.

The Yelp reviews are so bad some of them that its kinda "funny"...not funny HaHa OR Funny like strange even but like they're written by Aliens describing some Alternative Universe Reality cuz this is definitely not what Maspero's was, to us.

Maspero's Aside AWESOME Strategy is to get input of Locals on what little tiny Convenience Store-like shop makes The Best Po' Boy.

Sandwich BOMBS be all OVER that French Quarter.....may be in The Tiniest of Little Stores. Love Exists Where It Does. Lotta Folks didn't find it at Maspero's :( funny YELPers, link below....its entertaining lol, these Millennials Trashing One of My Churches

I'd still give Maspero's a chance but just grab refreshments and do Recon: Observe Food, at other tables....say that an associate of a girl last name: Churchill sent you, to Chill there.

Based on the recent Yelp Reviews I would not recommend just going in and committing to Food. Places Can Change.

I'd be like: venturing up in the place for "Atmosphere" ala N'awlinz Experience, Chilling but Main Plan (in light of YELP reviews) to locate via input of Locals what "corner shops" have the Best Po' Boy sandwiches.

Maybe Vincent just didn't give in to Yelp's Telemarketers calling him and threatening to flood him with Terrible Reviews

if he did not give them money :(

money money money

some of these reviews sound genuine tho :(

yes, the Carnegie Deli on 55th closed earlier this year.

But you can still get it at MSG in NY, Las Vegas @ the Mirage and the Sands Casino in PA

Oh Man. :(

How Many Traditions can we stand to lose and still be able to recognize this planet?

That was once "ours"

for a brief portion of a Micro-Second, anyways

ours.

The reasons why it closed should be a Lifetime Movie
from the Husband of the owner having an affair with a Waitress ( screwing right above the Deli in an Apt that they also owned )
to the illegal gas connection that was hooked up. Then of course the divorce... I Believe she closed so He couldn't get anything more out of her, and the business.
