It's really just as simple as it seems guys. If Mansion has Cleveland at -150 and you want it at -140, you simply click the bet Cleveland button, change the odds from -150 to -140 and submit. The end.

It's not that complicated at all and the procedure for doing it is completely intuitive! Don't overthink it.
