Who are the most respected bookmakers in the offshore world right now and what have some of the old good ones done since moving on? I am talking about individuals not corporations.

For the love of God...and Borat...will one of the moderators please change "pole" to "poll"?

I believe that the former has connotations that Borat may not want to necessarily affiliate himself with!

Or you could have thought I want to jump on a bookmakers solid pole.

A good friend of mina used to say, "once you go to the pole you never go back to the hole."

My question is not which sportsbook is most respected but which individuals are held in the highest regards.

Borat

From what I hear, Lenny at Cascade is held in very high regard. Some go so far as to say you'd be a "sucker" not to have him as one of your outs!

Chris, is there something you'd like to share with the group about Spiro's pole?

Just kidding, of course.

Hey Mr. Chris anyone over there says

"once you go to the pole you never go back to the hole." ?

or "keep it in your sneaker."

What this means?

Fingers are crossed...not only for Howland's troops, but also that somebody hires Lavin next year - I can always use the free money of betting against him!

Just a thought.
