Hi, I would like to have $30 reversed.
here is the conversation with live chat.

Terrance:Hello! Welcome to NETeller Live Chat. How may
we assist you today?
Terrance:May I have your NETeller account number
please?
you:hi there
you: xxxxxxxxxxxx
you:hi
Terrance:hello
you:i made 4 dimes deposit to CRIS 2 days ago
Terrance:and?
you:however. i asked for a refund because their server
was inconsistent.
you:wouldn't take my bets.
Terrance:and?
you:they refunded me today.
Terrance:so what did they say
you:$3970
Terrance:what can I do for you
you:I suppose I should get full refund. 4 dimes
you:Neteller shouldn't charge the $30 here in my
opinion..
you

aypal offers 30 days risk-free refunds.
Terrance:we don't charge for transfers that charge was
made by them not neteller
you:if you bought a TV, and the TV doesn't work
properly, you bring it back for a refund. and they
charge you $30. do you think it's fair?
Terrance:that is an issue you can take up with the
merchant as we did not charge you
you:but Neteller charged them $30 on Dec 2.
you:I think Neteller should reverse the fees? as
refunds.
Terrance:you can send an email to pr@neteller.com and
thet will look at it
Terrance:that is our department that deals with these
matters, not us in customer service, PR will respond
to your inquiry usually within 24hrs
you:aren't you able to reverse that?
Terrance:i am not a merchant pr rep only they can do
that
Terrance

lease email pr@neteller.com and we will

If anyone owes you the $30, it would be CRIS. However, dont count your chickens.

$30 on 4 dimes? That's less than 1%

neteller has nothing to do with it, need to bring it up with the books.

you should pick and choose your battles, and this shouldn't be one of them

Thanks Fish & Drunkguy.

well, CRIS owes me $30.

It's not customers' fault with the CRIS inconsistent server problems. And why should they charge me for their own mistakes?

NBA, did it ever occur to you that a electronic wallet company's reps wouldn't know what "dimes" are? I can't beleive he actually knew it was $4000 and not 40 cents.

Your beef is defintely with CRIS but don't let a DoS attack keep you from playing there.

Feel lucky....most books would charge you $150+ (the fees they picked up when the $ was sent to them) if you didn't churn your deposit (ie. didnt bet it).

It could have been worse

Neteller mostly works with books, they know all the terms...

IMO Cris is responsible for promoting a service that they are not providing to the customer for xyz reason. They should cover the fees.

There's a VERY BIG difference between

"didn't" and "couldn't"

If you bought a TV that doesn't work properly, you bring it back for a refund.

will you feel LUCKY they charged you $30 instead of $150? and it's not even your fault?

That TV could be subject to a restocking fee. Lighten up they were being extorted by the Russian Mob and their site was down. Give them another chance and I'm sure they will make up the $30.

If this is about the problem that you brought up last night, everyone else on that thread found the site working minutes later. In fact, I think someone else placed the exact same teaser that you tried. You just lost patience after one try and got pissed. Does the book get stiffed for the Neteller fees in this case? hmmm.

If it's a perfect TV.
i would happily pay the $30 for restocking.
but it's one that's not working properly.

just a question:

1. Is it customer's fault that their server's acting inconsistently and can't take bets?

2. If it's not, why should the customer be blamed and get scammed for the $30?

I tried once, didn't work.
I tried twice, didn't work
I tried three times, didn't work
I tried four times, didn't work.
I tried five times, didn't work.

5 times.

I'm not the kind of person who believes in coincidences. but the first ever bets I tried to bet there, and the server was down? ummm...

been playing at pinnacle for like 3 yrs, this kinda thing never happened once.
and 5 times at CRIS, on the first day?? ummm...

now just blame the customer? lol..
