I waited this long for the Sopranos?

This season has been a big disappoint...don't know about how others feel but I expected a lot more than these last 3 episodes have shown....JMO

So far this season is significantly better than season 5 and WAY better than season 4 which had Meadow and Carmela whining endlessley in just about every episode.

I think tonight's episode is probably in the top 5 over the entire series, with "Pine Barren" and "University" being the only two better ones I can remember

hell yeah I am loving the way they are developing the season. This shit is deep, and it's loaded with emotion and themes. I am loving it, partially because you can feel it's about to hit high gear

I guess I'm just spoiled by the nonstop action in 24. I was hoping for a lot more action and less of this mellow bs.. Don't mean to ruffle any feathers with you guys.

Tonight was the first one this year to show some promise. The other two with those dream sequences SUCKED!

I love 24 and LOVE Sopranos, but they are two completely different shows. The acting and characters and writing on the Sopranos outclasses just about anything on television.

Sure, there's way less drama and action but the plot lines are so much more intricacte and they really show a more accurate depiction of real humans, even if the mob premise is rather unrealistic itself.

Point being, if you're looking for nonstop action, the Sopranos just may not be the show for you...so far this season has been the best since Season 3 and the first episodes have been incredible so far in my opinion.

And the dream sequences are INCREDIBLE imo

Last night's episode and the season in general has been sub-par. But there's hope for it to get better. Some of Paulie's scenes last night show how he can carry a whole episode sometimes. "Fuck the contract!!!"

Something that will surley get this season rolling. I agree that Pauly is in big shit for what happened. I think Pauly took out his own frustrations against the kid because of the mom pleading. He wishes he could have know his "Real" mom....JMO

I know this season will eventualy get rockin but the long wait and then these boring last episodes have been a major disappointment to me.

I am just glad that 24 is on tonight....should be one of the best episodes so far:thumbsup2:

Gezzzzz You guys should know this is a "Soap Opera" the show gets better as the season gets deeper into the plot. JMHO
