Congrats and happy birthday. Harrington, you may be able to help/advice/whatever, but my Dad turns 54 this year and talks constantly about needing to exercise more and eat better, etc. but he doesn't. I've mentioned the real-life problems he could start facing (he has a stressful job) and the doctor has told him he has slightly high cholesterol and blood pressure. He's a bit overweight but nothing even a walking routine/light lifting wouldn't help.
How do I keep broaching the subject?
