New Mexico St is FAMOUS for giving N Texas fits. It would be tough to put money on them in this situation. I passed on this game because of it. G/L Tahoe.

I can't believe the deuce would show a high school game on National TV, but they did tonight, can I submit my Bowl Game of the year as whoever is playing North Texas..? I know our local high school team would crush these guys, what an absolute disgrace to college football it is to have the Mean (I use that term loosely)Green play in a bowl game...

What a sad excuse though on National TV to play lame duck...I blame a lot on coaching, maybe this guy just doesn't want any national recruits...and wants to remain a bush league team

Well , they do, but how much motivation can anyone have if your guaranteed a post season game. Either way, win or lose, they still get to fuvk the Queen at their dance.

I see high schools every week that would kill these two teams. There is NO way that either of these two would make it to the semi-finals of the Florida state playoffs.

Guys, I know you might be mad about losing ( I did) ..but to say some of that stuff is crazy. These 2 teams are alright. NMST played way under their potential this year and UNT didn't have alot to play for besides keeping the streak in the conference alive. They didn't open it up at all. It was cold and windy....costing about 12+ points. I guess some thought the same way last year when they laid it on Cincy in New Orleans. .....As for the high school statement ....I watch alot of Texas state playoffs (better than Florida) and of course we know what would happen if they played one .....come on.
