I don't know how to rate the size of books except as to # of employees working there.
I would guess WSEX is one of the smaller in terms of people that work there. Only reason is that I recognize the same girls voice that answers the few times I've called over the years.
Now they may rank in the top 5 or so with # of customers. I have no idea. But I think that was part of the problem with WWTS last year. Too many folks there playing at being in-charge. I had the feeling of a "run-around", which I never have felt at WSEX.
