I think college should go back to the old rule of every non shooting foul after 7 is a 1 and 1.

i think they should have only 1 time out and if you make your foul shot in the last 2 min you get to keep the ball cut down on hacking pollocks

The NBA should go back to 3 to make 2 and college should follow suit; nothing worse than an inferior team fouling their way to a victory.

you really dont see the foul fests in the nba that you see in college basketball. once in awhile it happens, most of the time there wont be much unless its less than 30 seconds and close. these college games when the team is down big will start fouling with 2 mins to go.

if anything, the 1 and 1 encourages more fouling. college should go to a mandatory 2 shot foul instead of the 1-1 if you want to slow down on the number of foul calls.

stick to your leagues before you comment on basketball in the future, as you clowns have no idea.
