DB put up props for the NBA game wed. night like they do for every game. As many of you know the prop that asked Who would have more rebounds in the game (T Duncan OR J Kidd) was incorrect. DB pops up an URGENT MESSEGE that says the prop should be T Duncan OR K Martin 1:20 before tip-off. The line stood all day and of course EVERYONE jumped on T Duncan. I know that we dont HAVE to use these props but Im going out on a limb to say that Im sure that many books used these props. The problem now it that we graded the bets NO ACTION but the customers who bet them (with a legitmit gripe) are saying that the bets should stand. We've had to honor the bets because we believe it wasnt the players fault for our CRAPY line. With that said, I think someone at DB should take some responsibility for this mistake because it has cost US money. For those who think that its our option to use them or not, I agree but.. Its a service WE PAY for, we trust the info thats up there to provide a better service to our customers and to benefit ourselves....I would appreciate feedback

So you put up a PROP bet you do NOT even understand; without stopping for a second to ask yourself if you know what the hell you're booking.

I'd recommend you to book only when you know what you're doing. This is a game, and if you can't play it to win, then you might be better off not playing it at all.

Duncan or Kidd...whats not to understand?..Its not a question of wether I understood the prop...I understood it perfectly...I thought it was odd too but we put it up anyway...I didnt think it was soooo outrageous like SEVEN makes it out to be. Its the star of each team head to head in a prop, whats wrong with that?...the spread should have been higher but thats all...Im not going come out and sound like I know more than anyone in this forum but I think its fairly retarded to think that these type of things havent happened to anyone else including you and then crucify me for it. I just think DB should have givin some sort of pop up saying there was no action on the bet or something, anything!!...I personaly love it when they put the wrong score as a final and then correct it later on after the game was already graded...That happens way too often and I guess my point is enough is enough with these guys...

What's wrong with that ... well, when it'a a rebound prop, and it's a 7-footer (who's usually playing near or under the basket) versus a 6-footer (who's at the top of the key, or somewhere else along the 3-point line), the 7-footer usually wins ...
... similar to a "Most Assists" prop in hockey with Martin Brodeur versus Paul Kariya.

LI - sorry man but that is something you should know better than to hang a number on. DB is a tool you use to help run your business, not the end all for eveything you do. I don't care how much they charge, you have to accept some responsibility on your own for how you run your business.
