Went to log in at intertops they said they have had to change all passwords for "security" reasons. and to call back tomorrow as the servers are down. they say the 2 are totally unrelated events but the 1 st thing that comes to my mind is....HACKERS....INFORMATION HACKERS.

THE clerk i spoke with swore its routine but im more than a little nervous, they have my neteller info, my cking account info as well as a few bucks of real cash....

again i asked straight out ..is my info safe? should i call and start cancelling cards, freezing accts etc. and was told there was no need.....i dont think ill sleep well tonight however

Yeah it sounds not good in actual...
At last times , Hackers try to find ppl's acounts and also they try to hack webpage by using Active Server Page codes...

in my local bookies's webpage was hacked last year by hackers
After hacking process , Everyone's balance have been treble...hacker just entered management page and made promotion bonus for everyone...

Then 1month they try to handle with the problems and they explained...

Anyway try to use different passwords in every account..

FROM THIS MORNING to 12.00est to 17.00est and they havent made that either.....i've already called my bank and cancelled my card that intertops has on file.....i'm going straight from here to neteller to begin changing that info as well. I don't care what they say i've been screwed once when D.B. got hacked a few years ago i'm taking no chances on this......:sad3:

well they are almost back to normal, everything works but no baseball games were posted for tonight, NBA was there and halftime lines too.

They still have no mention about what happened or what is going on, I remeber back when they first opened and they would post notes on their site apologizing when there were tropical storms and offering reduced juice or some other bonus to make up for outtages. I have never seen anything last this long with no announcement though, if they didn't have the WAP betting I would probably dump them

Neteller has no fraud protection. It's not like a bank where if someone steals your password you fill out some fraud paperwork and eventually get all your money back. If they drain your Neteller account, according them, it's gone.
