I see they are trying to spice up the Pro Bowl....why not a FF Pro Bowl?

I don't mind a draft w/ Team Rice vs Team Sanders.
But what if instead of traditional scoring they went full fantasy scoring.

Standard scoring, imagine how fun that would be.

Andrew luck throws a 25 yard out to Crabtree and he gets tackled by JJ Watt.

Offense team gets 4.5 (luck 1 for 25 yds, crabtree with 2.5 on yds + 1 for reception) points
Defense gets 1 pt (JJ Watt Tackle)

points would go crazy high but it would bring another element. Maybe receivers run out of bounds more to avoid giving the defense a point or maybe the receivers want to score more themselves so they stay in bounds.

I have to say im impressed.
Thats a fantastic idea.

All kinds of options.

Lets say the team thats losing has the ball last.

They are down 4.
They can kick a 50 yard FG to go up by 1.

Clearly the NFL loves fantasy football.
NFL network gives a lot of air time to fantasy football.
This would be a great way to promote fantasy football.

It would be the one day in the season a player can look at his FF football stats and not seem selfish for wanting to put up some points cause that is helping your "team"

If not a good idea like this, they need to go back to the different competitions like they used to have years ago with the QB's throwing at moving targets, and all other players competing in agility, speed, and strength contests with scoring in each category...

I remember the QB challenge...I used to enjoy that...I think that should be there in addition to the pro bowl...kind of like how NBA has an all star game but still has individual challenges like the dunk, the 3pt and skills challenge

I've never been into FF, but this could be something real interesting to watch and get people involved.

The Probowl doesn't and will never work so they should start looking at something else.
