I see a lot of people on Nevada

Everyone is talking about how great their rushing attack is but they really haven't faced anyone during the season.

Maybe that's why they've had so much success

Nevada hasn't played anyone worth mentioning

Maryland beat NC State, North Carolina, Cal, Wake Forest, Fucking Clemson

Which are all quality

The best team Nevada has beaten is Fresno State and they had a down year

I might not bet this game

Or a very small play on the Terrapins

Maybe you guys can convince me otherwise

My numbers show over 65% on Maryland for the game. When the public backs dogs it usually doesn't work out to well for the players. Not to mention that Nevada has the best player in this game playing QB and running the ball for them. The guy is a monster and has been on fire. Marylands star is questionable, he will probably play but at what % will he truly be able to go. Not to mention the Maryland defense has been playing very poorly in the past 6 games.

But EVERYONE on this forum (90%~ it seems) loves Nevada.....I just see this game as a tough ass selection and am baffled at everyone's confidence in a mediocre Nevada squad.

no one watched their game vs the Rainbows I guess......that game was pathetic

Hard for anyone to judge how good nevada can be when they didn't play ANY team of any caliber. Don't get WAC stats confused with ACC stats....There not equal in value. WAC is 0-2 in bowls games. I'm on Maryland plus pts. GL 2 all of us action junkies....

for what its worth i like nevada in the game, a lot of this forum has it, but a lot of my locals like maryland, and i would much rather be on the same side of this forum then side with these guys.

im not super confident either way, but i do think nevada playing on their side of the country will be able to run on maryland quite easily, enough that i can make them a play.

maryland is a jekly and hyde team. if they come to play they can very easily blow the pack right out. i mean look at what they did to Cal, and yes i know cal traveled across country and what not but still.

i think this game could be a toss up. it does scare me that everyone outside the forum is on maryland though.
