Very Important! Its one of the few drawbacks of Pinnacle, their phone service is basically non-existant!

Pinnacle is not a collection of internet hermits living in a cave without a phone. They have phone numbers.

I can see why they don't publicize their numbers and encourage people to call them. There appear to be a bunch of people awfully interested in phoning them, about what, I have no idea.

Considering that you can get an email response in under 3 minutes (99% of the time), the need for a contact # is much less.

WITH the way things are going with these denial of service hackers, i would say yes, a phone number is important.

I find it much easier to handle the limited disputes over the phone and besides lets face it; pinnacle's emails are not good! But you know what in the end, it just does not matter because their lines are exceptional but their CS is marginal at best but it does not keep me from playing there, but a good phone # would not hurt! But hey, its their business and they can run it any way they want of course but we are having fun with semantics here, right?
