I ate the Kobe burger at the Burger Palace inside The Mandalay Place. There are alot of shops including an Italian restaurant, a place called The Chocolate Swann that has all kinds of chocolate goodies. Back to the Burger. It was a half pound Kobe Beef patty w/ bacon, cheese. Delicious and well worth $16. This place has more choice's to enhance your than any place i have ever seen. Including loster.
I was at the New poker room at the Nugget. It is real nice and spacious and non smoking. It's right next to the Pool. There were many of women all over the place. I wish the Deli was closer. It looks like there are about 20 tables in there.
Mandalay sports book is a nice place to hang out at. Drinks come pretty easy with drink Tickets given at the Book. I gave 1 clerk $5 for himself and he gave me 15 drink Tix. Cheaper than paying $5.50 for a Corona. Walked across the walkway to the Luxor in order to play WNBA, Not a good place to watch a game at.
Incidentally, Mandalaybay does not comp free drinks while playing at the Bars anymore. They looked empty.
The Monorail will open on July 15th. $3 each way. 14 minutes to go from Mgm to Sahara Hotel.
I stayed 11 days so now i have to give my liver a chance to recover before the Bash.
The nugget is not a bad book to watch the games from, very comfortable chairs and drinks come pretty easy, At nite time they turn it into a nite club setting.
