I know this is a rehashed subject but is Western Union the only way to make Credit card payments now with all the blocks out there. I took last year off but bet in the past and had no problems. It is such a pain in the ass now! Does it matter where the book is located? Costa Rica VS Australia, etc

Most books do not take credit cards any longer and I would not go that way anyway. I think most gamblers use Neteller as their primary means of getting around. Western Union is accepted at just about every book and they will pick up the charges usually in the 3 buck range. That being if you send $300 or more they will cover it. Most books also have other ways to send and recieve funds, Firepay, Prepaid ATM etc....., I would advise you to check with the actual book(s) you are thinking of signing up with for exactly what options they offer.

Is there a difference between Australian and CR books? Yes and no. The books in Australia have much more regulations and their deposits are held in escrow. I think it's safe to say they offer a little more safety than most books. Mostly though I do not get caught up in exact locations where a book is. A book is only as good as the men behind it I don't care where it is. You can have a book behind prision walls that is the most honorable one around. Ask if you want opinions on where to send your money or drop me a line....

Good thread

Personally, would use credit card only as a last resort.

Send cash W.U. and then withdraw via Neteller and work from there.

uteinfl - If you have to use credit cards to gamble with then you CANNOT AFFORD to gamble.

If you don't have the CA$H to gamble with and use credit cards you may accumulate a big credit card debit that you can't pay off or even worse can't afford the monthly payments. That's NOT good for this industry.

As you may of already known, that it was the gamblers that used credit cards to run up HUGE credit card gambling debts and then refused to pay those debts and sued the CC companies that have caused most of the banks to STOP processing the 7995 gambling code, and that is WHY you can't use credit cards at most gambling sites etc.

In my opinion newbie gamblers that want to use credit cards are nothing but TROUBLE for this industry.

Go home dude and come back when you have MONEY (cash) in you pocket.

Good Luck

P.S. Las Vegas will take you CC's all day long...so if you really can't afford to gamble GO THERE
