Watching the replay. Jut got chills off of Wombach's goal like I did this morning. Man was that an epic goal.

Until international soccer gets rid of the crooked refs and stops rewarding people for diving and faking injuries I refuse to watch this farce. Bring back the real game of soccer and I'll watch again.

Pretty much the same here: Watching far less soccer nowadays except for a couple of games and the world cup/European championships...
they should finally penalize diving with yellow cards every single time (I'm not talking about somebody going down after contact, but no foul, just plain divers and acting) and I'd even go further and have them send of players for diving in the penalty area: If your the last man and foul or otherwise prevent a clear scoring chance by fouling or playing the ball with your hands, you get sent off as an defender. So imo it would be just consequent if you also got kicked out, if you try to cheat your way to a clear scoring chance by diving for a possible penalty (the same for trying to score with your hands).
Most people would probably disagree, but I don't see a different way, how you could finally get rid of all that diving (and complaining) without introducing harsher penalties (and more important, enforcing them).

I agree the flopping is hard to watch but it won't keep me from watching. Hockey has some divers, NBA has horrid officiating and players constantly traveling, and yanks/sox game takes 4.5 hours of my day.
I just accept it as part of the game. It will still piss me off and i would love for them to somehow change it, until then I will enjoy the games.

At least they're better looking than women's basketball players. I'd watch it if they played topless.
