I'm going to take a different approach.

Buy him some poker strategy books and make him read them. That should at least slow down his losses. If you can't get him to stop, at least this will educate him so he has a chance of making money.

Bankroll management may be more important advice. Stu Unger and Mike Matusow are great players, but they've lost millions because of their bankroll management. He's probably in the "i've lost so much money, and i have to get it all back" mode. No matter how well he plays, he'll go broke with that attitude.

I say the best thing to do is to call GA and hopefully your brother can calm down from this massive tilt nighmare.

Also, if this option doesn't work then maybe you need to take a more radical approach. Instead of not allowing him to play poker, help him get better!!! Buy some good poker books for him and tell him to play only when he is signed up to a good rakeback deal or bonus deal.
