dont ever take pills. pills will fuck you up. pills and supplements are evil. they will work while ur on them but it will turn your body dependend on them. most pills/supplements work by increasing the metabolism and suppressing your diet.
however, once you go off pill you will end up gaining lot more because your body will become dependend on them.
best way to lose weight is by healhty eating and excercising. dont stop eating. eat a lot. but eat small healthy portions throughout the day. this will increase your metabolism. eating 5 to 7 small portions through the day is much better than overloaded 3 portions per day.
to start off, i would say go wholegrain/whole wheat on everything, eliminate pop/soda/or any sugary stuff from your diet. eliminate junk food such as mcdicks, kfc, pizza etc.
lean meat (chicken breast is the best)/fish (salmon/tuna etc)
watch the carbs. dont unload on carbs. should be well balanced meal with lot of vegies, protien and whole grains. after the meal drink a full glass of water....that will take care of you wanting to stuff your stomach with looads of food. STOP EATING OUTSIDE. PREPARE YOUR FOOD. RESTAURANTS FOODS ARE LOADED WITH FAT EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT FROM JUNK FOOD CHAINS.
run or do other cardio 4 times a week. and do some weights 3 times a week.
do this good and you will lose 20 pounds with in the 1st month and a half.
