I need some eating/excercise help

I need some advice guys.
I am 28 (29 in a few weeks)
I am a smoker, and BAD BAD eater. I eat alot of shit. I am also out of shape.
I would like to change my ways.I know I need to quit smoking and that will come but how do I get started getting in shape? I can't just go out and start runing miles tomorrow, I'd die! When I try to eat less or better I get a headache, I need to be FULL! WHere should I start? Can you guys help? Thax.

dont eat carbs after lunch. exercise and quitting smoking will make a HUGE difference.

i'd recommend one of those eliptical machines. its low impact and you can watch tv while you do it.

YOU WILL GET A LOT OF IDEAS HERE, BUT LET ME TELL YOU WHAT WORKED FOR ME. FIRST OFF YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF TO GO OUT AND EXERCISE EVEN IF IT IS JUST WALKING A 1/2 MILE THEN A MILE ETC. TO HELP BURN CALORIES AND YOU NEED TO DO IT AT LEAST 5 DAY'S A WEEK. NEXT EAT 4 OR 5 VERY SMALL MEALS A DAY AND STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR. BY EATING 4 OR 5 SMALL MEALS A DAY YOU WILL STAY FULL MOST OF THE TIME. GIVE YOURSELF ONE DAY A WEEK WERE YOU MAY CHEAT AND EAT YOUR FAVORITE ITEM, BUT NOT IN EXCESS.

OVER A 3 MONTH PERIOD I LOST 45 POUNDS AND HAVE KEPT IT OFF. THE BOTTOM LINE IS IT HAS TO BECOME A WAY OFF LIFE.........G.

DO YOU DRINK ALOT OF CAFFENIE POP OR COFFEE OR EAT ALOT OF SUGAR BOTH OF THESE WILL CAUSE HEADACHES WHEN YOU TRY TO CUT BACK

I think cutting out sugar will help greatly and stop the headaches when you diet...JMO

every1 has there own stories ,
mine was the atkins diet... lost 42 pounds last year on it with exercising 4 /5 days a week light exercising walking using heavy-hands while walking.


was on it for 5 months and i lowered my cholesterol level by 30 percent on that diet ..

My simple plan: Burn more calories than you intake. I allow myself sugar soda and Burger King, but only if I plan on burning the 1000+ calories in it off. Mostly through mounatin biking, which is a hobby of mine.

also get a girl.. do her 4 hours..
then ur cardio will increase!!!

Granted, it was flat as my ass where I lived out in the east part of the state, but in the western badlands part there are some nice places to bike.

Either way its moot, I live in Colorado now, plenty of mountains here. Just never updated my RX profile.
