I need a republican to explain what a republican is to me.

You guys have 100 different ideas flying around out there but you dont get anywhere with them because you can't communicate those ideas and beliefs(aka juan mccain). Whenever mccain was asked what a republican was, he just went back to the were going to restore the economy by energy, wind, solar, nuclear, bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla.

simple question. what are republican beliefs and prinicples and why can't any of them explain those principles in a semi-coherent way at least to the people.

i got graham saying it means nationalizing the banks.

needs to be 1 belief and principle for the party instead of playing tug and war. thats one of the reasons why mccain went nowhere. every other day he had a new belief or principle.

The democrats operate out of jealousy. They are jealous that other people succeed and want to punish them by taking their money. Democrats dont operate based on reality.

But it's still true and you know it. It's amazing how many republicans I've seen lose their jobs in the past couple of years.. Perhaps I can be of some assistance here.

A Republican is an educated and successful person with plenty of money. You can spot them rather easily. You can find republican women at cotillions and republican men in tailor cut suits with a red bow tie. Hope this helps.

What an idiotic question Republicans come in all shapes and forms just as democrats. The Republican pendulum swings from the likes of Jacob Javits tp the likes of Bob Buckley who defeated Javits in the early 80's for NY senator mainly because Elizabeth Holtzman was in the mix.

My type of Republican was Richard Nixon an enlightened conservative who thru a bone or two at the Democrats with the EPA & OSHA to keep the DEms at bay. If it wasn't for some silly burglary which he originally new nothing about he would have gone down as a top tier president. His foreign policy was nothing short of genius!
