If you must work from home you can always look into daycare for kids. I know a couple ladies that take care of kids during the day while their parents work and they seem to make pretty good money at it. Another option, I noticed you mentioned that you take care of your grandmother in one of your posts. One of my friends Aunt's takes care of some elderly people along with his grandmother in a huge house. I think the work is called hospice (?) but his Aunt has the whole basement to herself and the rent plus utilities is free. I don't know if your interested in something like that but just thought I would mention it. Good Luck.
