I must say I am a little bummed watching my son go off to College

It seems like it was just yesterday he was starting High School. Enjoy you're kids and spend as much time with them as you can for those who have younger children because they grow up so darn fast and before you know it the nest is empty.

+1 for sure. I had gone through a divorce and unfortunately the kid's sided with the Mother. Enjoy what time you get with them even if it isn't much.

My son went off to college today. My daughter shiips out in about 10 days. Believe me they make sure you get the bill way before your kids set foot on campus.

My dad was total opposite. I never saw this man cry...ever. And he was real calm when I went off to college. He just shook my hand (which was a huge deal, cause my dad never showed me any type of affection) and said, don't drink too much. 4 yrs later, when I walked across the stage, my mom said he went to the bathroom and cried his eyes out.

Being 29 now...still haven't seen my dad cry. Not even 1 drop. Only heard of it...
