Back in 1999-2001, St. Louis Rams had the best offensive team ever. The greatest show on turf put points like no tomorrow. They had Warner and Faulk. Receivers were Bruce, Holt , Hakim and Proehl. This team scored and scored like on tomorrow. Those games they played especially the ones on Monday Night was entertainment.

Now this team is one of the worst teams in the NFL along with the Raiders who were one of the top teams in the league back then. Raiders and Rams were the best teams 5-7 years ago and now they are the laughing stock of the league along with the 49ers.

Now Warner is in the Cardinals and we see what he can do. But man, i missed watching those St. Louis Rams. There was no more explosive team than the Rams in football history even though the Vikings did score 556 points in one year and the Patriots scored 572 last year.

The St. Louis Rams had the best offense EVER. Anyone agree?

I completely agree with you. They had no business losing that 2nd Super Bowl but did so due to Martz being a pussy & changing his mind on his game plan.

They were bar none the best offense I had ever seen in the NFL & their defense was very solid.

Their defense was between average and solid. But their defense did do their part. I recalled their defense gave up a lot of points but their offense just kept scoring.

Even though New England scored a lot of points last year the most in NFL history, there was something about those RAms.

You right about that...Can't believe its been 9 years...I remember looking a those 21 point spreads on pro-line and thinking...not a chance...and they would cover...easily...The most efficient and natural offense I have seen in my 28 years...the guy is bagging groceries on a friday and catching Bruce in mid stride on Sunday.....don't forget Faulk...that guy used it open it up like it was the red sea....no wonder Vermeil cried...he'll never have it that good again...or that easy...
