3 straight shutouts is amazing but sooner or later this streak is gonna come to an end. And my guess is tonight. Don't remember Canucks ever being this big of a fave against Colorado before, these two teams have always had a dislike for each other, although this divisional rivalry is not as heated as it used to be, I still think we see a close one here.

I'm going against my Nucks and putting half a unit on the Aves +0.5 -105 and half a unit +168 on the game.

Canucks are definitely the better team right now but some good value here in a divisional rival game

I know his record against COL isnt that good but Colorado is a different team this year than in years past. They aren't as good as they once were. Plus their Captain Joe Sakic isn't playing tonight.

Colorado playing in Away game After a Home game is 3-19 going back to beginning of last season.

Hard to explain other than to presume that current team and coach have extremely consistent problems in first game out of town.

yeah I realized Colorado is not the same this year but they still have talent and it is a divisional rivalry, was playing the value price here. I won my half unit for the regulation tie, and pushed the other bet as it was for regulation only... Now I can cheer on the Canucks in the shootout to pull this out.

heh..I was following score on Covers.com scoreboard and it refreshed to show VAN 2 COL 1 final, causing me to pitch a very short term tent until I saw the Yahoo box score which detailed the SO goals

I've been absolutely getting buried in OT games as well this year.

Hopefully all that bad luck will eventually even out but till then I too am now leaning to regulation wagers any time it's advisable.
