I just talked to the gaming board in Panama

I am to be emailed details on how to file an official complaint. I believe you will be able and email the complaint to Betpanam, copied to the commission, then if no action has been taken by Betpanam in 10 days, you will file a complaint to the Gaming Board itself. The person I spoke with was very clear that they will follow up on this matter and will assist each player, but we have to follow the procedures. I will post as soon as I get more info.

I was told that Panam did post a 500K Bond.

The number 011-507-227-0091 contact Mrs. L. Rose

Keep the faith all.

Mrs. Rose was very disturbed by this and agreed the players should be paid & then the financial backers can fight all they want.

If you have an international calling plan you should be cool just calling. If not 1010987 offers .99 connect and .39 per minute. I can't imagine why Panama is so high, but at least with them you know how much you are paying.
