He just sent a message for next season "don't try to push me around."
You are totally wrong with this belief. In Kansas the 22 had three times the car as the 20 and was off his rocker if he thought he could try to block a car that you are getting steam rolled by. The 20 retaliation in Martinsville was TOTALLY uncalled for and justice prevailed. I personally would have liked to have seen nascar not to allow him back at all this year. Long story short Joey is not a fan favorite and the public is all for whoever messes with him. Just suck it up boys and admit that he is probably one of the best drivers out there. I am glad Kenseth got his dick knocked in his wath pocket.
I know this is old news but have not been on here in some time and was just reading some of these posts.
Respectfully but strongly disagree with Red and cloverleaf on this subject (at least part of it). Some took offense with Logano's words and attitude after the Kansas race. I for one didn't.
This kid has been abused and disrespected since he first came on the scene. Mostly because the belief was he was given the proverbial silver spoon and had not earned his position. While there is a tiny bit of truth to that, those opportunities come about when you have immense talent like Joey possesses. For awhile he was obviously intimidated. Stewart, Harvick and Hamlin were a few that I remember that pushed him around on and off the track. But those days are over.
Those growing pains have created what you have today. An aggressive, extremely talented driver who will win championships.
As for Kansas last year, he had a much faster car than Kenseth and lap after lap tried to make clean passes only to be continually blocked, many times into the outside wall. He finally dove into the corner (holding his line) and didn't back off. So when Kenseth came down to block it was too late. Nothing dirty about what he did AT ALL.
I guess we are going to Disagree on the Topic then......what the hell was Logano doing yesterday to Chase Elliott in XFINITY? Chase pulled in front of him and several seconds went by before Logano was clearly trying to wreck another driver to Victory. I cannot wait for someone else to put him in his place. I don't disrespect his ability to drive, but don't respect many of his finishes and how he goes about them. As long as he continues to race that way, he has no defense on how someone responds.....

Logano did nothing wrong yesterday to Chase! Idk what you watched, but it was an awesome finish, just like today. Clean as it gets both days...
Last year it wasn't all exactly how he did it.....it was his attitude about it. He was not respectful and I guess that is his style, which I prefer not to like.....
That is not at all what you said in your post. A minute ago it was him trying to wreck people yesterday. That shit didn't happen...clean as a whip yesterday. Even chase Elliott said so...

Exactly the point I was making. His attitude was created because of how the veterans treated him in the past. He could continue to allow the abuse or choose to push back, looks like he chose the latter. I, for one, don't blame him at all.
It's part of the Sport, and makes people choose sides. Another Intense variable of Racing in addition to the Racing itself. People who have not been to 1 Race cannot even imagine the Intensity on the track as well as in the stands. We'll disagree because its Racing.....
