The shit is Terrible for you

might continue to drink ICE brand drink which they say is lightly carbonated spring water
so maybe ONE a week as a treat

I haven't had a Regular Soda ( with sugar ) in 20 years
have been drinking diet all these years , plus water.

now I'm drinking Water with a crystal light on the go pack

I'm not an expert but read many studies that your body doesn't know how to break down the sugar substitute like it does actual sugar. Meaning outside of the calories diet soda is WORSE for you than regular soda. Neither is good for you but I highly prefer the taste of regular soda.

Only drink diet when I have to like a couple months before summer starts when I'm trying to shed the pounds I tired to put on over the winter. Bulk/cut type stuff

BAS, I smoked like crazy, quit almost 8 yrs now, cold turkey. The patches n gum really help. Keep a loaded ash tray nearby too and whenever u crave it think about licking and smelling the ashtray. You're craving will cease to exist after a few licks n sniffs Now soda is a whole nutha animal, I am majorly addicted to coke (the drink). Seriously trying to cut back tho. GL BAS

will have to agree, OJ full of sugar. have tried the Trop 50, doesn't taste the same.

and I have a feeling I will want a soda with Pizza as well. Don't think I've ever had anything else with Pizza ( maybe a Beer )

Except for my COPD which sucks. I did quit smoking. Made a deal with God. Wish I did it long ago.
