Everyone in this forum has been awesome, and I am wondering if anyone here can answer a question. With all the money from baseball I've been making, it's time to withdraw. Question: does anyone here use the Neteller ATM card? If so, good or bad? Also, how do you all report your winnings as far as taxes? Can I get in trouble if I don't? Thanks for all your help everyone. I would love to get tons of responses.

Do we have to report our winnings to the IRS, and if so, how because my friend told me sports gambling is illegal in the states. I just don't want to get into any trouble. Thanks

Don't use Neteller ATM card. It is a pain. Not user friendly. Amounts you can withdraw are limited.

Re: IRS, do a search here on the Rx and see what you come up with.

I love the debit card. I can have cash 15 minutes after the books sends it and it only costs $2.00. Not sure the paper trail it leaves. Do some searches on Neteller, IRS etc. All this has been covered before.

Neteller Debit card is awesome. Like Tommorows Newspaper said you can have the cash in your hand in 15 mins. The limit for withdrawl is 1000 a day, so if you can survive the $365,000 dollar a year limit LOL its perfect. As far as the IRS is concerned, yes you should report it to the IRS. I hate to break that to you. There is no Federal law against internet gambling. Most states have misdeameaner $500 fines for it though even though its been rarely if ever inforced.

There was a law passed years ago where the IRS cannot increminate someone for there tax return, so you have no worries about increminating yourself by reporting your gambling winnings. Just report your winnings as other income, and keep detailed records of all your winning and losing plays.
