tedalafil is available in USA by prescription only. Any other route is illegal. Sources that sell tedalafil without a rx are doing so against the law. In addition, there's a good chance you're not getting the proper product. Likely imported from India/China , unregulated.
the normally recommended daily dosage is 20mg .ANY change in dosage should be with close supervision of your physician. Tedalafil works by inhibiting PDE5. It affects PGE5 sites elsewhere in the body, not just the smooth muscle around dick. There are dangers with any drug, obviously dosage is important--stay within the therapeutic dose. If he's eyeballing it or just drinking directly from the bottle , um, not the best of ideas

They can't tell you how much to take because they are selling it for "research purposes" only. That's how they are legally selling it. There's a reputable website that sells PCT products for steroid cycles that comes in liquid form that uses this same loophole. They will not tell you how to take it or how much to take. Dosage can easily be found and get the same results as if you were prescribed it from a doctor. That being said, I wouldn't take what you have without knowing exactly what it is. If it's generic Cialis then find the recommended dosage and I think you'll be fine.
reminds me of the local Farmers MArket. as some might know it is against FDA law to sell for human consumption cheese made from raw milk iwth short aging times like 30 days or less in the USa (or import it if not aged long enough ). they do have low aged raw milk cheeses all over in Europe.
anyway, at the farmers market you can by Cheese Fish Bait ..hint hint hint.... IT tastes so good as raw milk cheese has a different flavor profile if not heat pasteurized...
